Burford Stretch Classes

Find a class that suits. All classes 1 hour, in the Old Hall. Everybody welcome.

Gentle Stretch 
* Chair-based stretches, accessible for all, to improve mobility.
* Mon 4pm with Nicki
* Wed 10.30am with Anne
Strong Stretch
* A more challenging class geared to extend & strengthen
* Wed 9am with Nicki
Men’s Stretch
* Tailored to the male body to increase muscle length & improve flexibility.
* Mon 7.30pm with Nicki, 5 Week Introductory Course

These classes will be ‘No Frills’ Aerobics classes - simple, fun and effective exercise to upbeat music. No previous experience necessary, and all levels of fitness welcome. Find out more here.
